I’m Bear Travis, and I tinker on the web out in sunny San Francisco, California.

I’m an engineer on the Web Platform team at Adobe, which endeavors to make the web a better creative medium. I’ve worked on CSS Shapes in WebKit and Blink, as well as Feature Queries and Font Load Events in WebKit. I occasionally write articles, give talks, and build goodies on the web.

About the Site

This site grew out of my desire to carve out my own little corner of the web. The fonts are served from Typekit, with pages served from GitHub. I expect this site to grow over the next couple months, so I hope you’ll come back.
